I have been fortunate enough to be a part of the landscape industry for 21 years. First, as CEO of the nation’s then largest ESOP and more recently, as the owner-operator of one of San Diego’s largest privately-held, landscape companies, LandGraphics. One thing in common over all those years, is our management team’s unwavering focus on taking care of our team and fostering an employee-first culture. As I neared the end of my career, it was important to me to place our team with a company that had a like-minded culture. That company was Osprey. Without a doubt, Osprey espouses the same focus on building a world-class culture first, all the while providing a high level of customer service. Indeed, this is an incredible partnership that will allow the LandGraphics name to grow well beyond San Diego and Orange Counties and provide more opportunities for our team members.
